Career Reframe is a virtual, cohort-based program for professionals seeking a meaningful shift toward entrepreneurship, purpose-driven consulting, or more aligned roles.
The program includes:
6 self-paced modules you’ll complete on your own time
6 live group sessions (2 hours each) over 4 months
At least 6 one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each), depending on the package you select
Packages include varying levels of individual coaching and strategy sessions based on your needs.
Grounded in strengths-based coaching, strategic planning, and peer learning, the program provides the clarity, tools, and support you need to move forward with confidence.
Why We Created This Program
We’ve navigated the uncertainty of career change. We’ve reimagined our identity, questioned what’s next, and stepped away from roles that no longer fit. Career Reframe was built from that lived experience. We know it’s possible to come out the other side more fulfilled, more aligned, and more energized, and we want that for you.
Research consistently shows that career development is the number one reason people leave their jobs. Lack of opportunities to learn, grow, and be challenged drives employees to seek new opportunities, regardless of their talent level. In fact, Gallup research reveals that highly talented employees who aren’t engaged leave at the same rate as underperformers. What matters most is whether the role continues to challenge and develop them.

What You’ll Accomplish
By the end of the program, you will:
Complete a reflection journal and CliftonStrengths assessment
Create and test a personal brand statement, tagline, and positioning language
Develop a Career Road Map aligned with long-term goals
Practice and receive feedback on your professional narrative
Build an outreach plan and begin real-world conversations
Establish a 90-day traction plan for continued action
Map professional and emotional support systems
Refine your 5-10 year vision
Exit with increased clarity, confidence, and decision-making tools
Program Dates
You’ll complete 6 self-paced modules on your own time. We’ll have 6 live group sessions (2 hours each) together via Zoom. Those will run on Tuesdays from 7-9pm Central Time:

You’ll also have at least 6 individual coaching sessions over Zoom, depending on the program package you select.
Cost
Note:
All sessions are conducted virtually for flexibility and accessibility.
Each package includes access to 6 online modules and 6 live sessions for group learning and discussion.
Upgrades offer increasing levels of personalized coaching and strategy support but must be used within 3 months of course completion (September 9, 2026).
Investment: $800-$3,000, depending on package
Payment: You may pay in full at registration or arrange a payment plan with a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Final payment is due by February 17, 2026.

2. Strategy Sessions with Drs. Charity Anderson & Staci Gilpin, Co-Founders & Co-Owners, Rural Pathways
Deep dives that help you test ideas, refine messaging, and map practical next steps.
3. Live Cohort Zoom Sessions
Collaborative spaces that normalize the experience of career change, offer peer support, and create structured time for reflection and practice.
