We’re excited to announce that Rural Pathways will present at the third annual Women in Leadership Conference on November 18, 2025, at the DECC in Duluth! Co-founders Staci Gilpin and Charity Anderson will lead a breakout session on “Challenging the Status Quo: Tools to Create Change at Every Level in the Workplace,” and we’d love for you to join us.

“Challenging the Status Quo: Tools to Create Change at Every Level in the Workplace”

Time: 2:00-3:45 PM CST | Skills Builder Track (Horizon Level)

Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? Join us for this session focused on developing practical, actionable skills to drive transformative change in your workplace. Whether you’re working to shift organizational culture, challenge outdated systems, or create more inclusive practices, this session will equip you with concrete tools to lead change at every level, from your individual role to organization-wide initiatives.

This is part of the Skills Builder Track, designed to give you tools you can implement immediately to lead with confidence and impact.

  • Choice of two afternoon breakout tracks:

    • The Empowered Mindset Track - Cultivating resilience, authenticity, and overcoming self-doubt

    • The Skills Builder Track - Practical leadership tools including Rural Pathways’ session on creating workplace change

  • The signature Trailblazers and Changemakers panel

  • An after-party and women’s expo featuring women-owned and -led organizations
