“Challenging the Status Quo: Tools to Create Change at Every Level in the Workplace”

Time: 2:00-3:45 PM CST | Skills Builder Track (Horizon Level)

Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? Join us for this session focused on developing practical, actionable skills to drive transformative change in your workplace. Whether you’re working to shift organizational culture, challenge outdated systems, or create more inclusive practices, this session will equip you with concrete tools to lead change at every level, from your individual role to organization-wide initiatives.

This is part of the Skills Builder Track, designed to give you tools you can implement immediately to lead with confidence and impact.
